Nebraska LB562, known as the E-15 Access Standard Act was passed by the legislature and signed into law in 2023.

The E-15 Access Standard Act provides incentives to fuel retailers in Nebraska to offer E-15 ethanol-blend fuel to customers. These incentives are in the form of tax credits per gallons of E-15 sold annually at fuel retail locations, and range between $.05 - $.09 per gallon sold from 2023-2028!
